Hello hello and welcome to your live interactive Zoom classes!

I am so thrilled that you have given yourself the gift of movement. Your body, mind and spirit will be eternally grateful!

Just a bit of housekeeping and tips for you to get the very most out of your All Class experience.

  • Read through the Terms & Conditions
  • If you are new to training with me or your conditions have changed, fill in the health questionnaire here or in the announcements section of the Vitality Rooms Facebook group.  I’m happy for you to take a photo of it and send that to me.
  • I am happy for members of your family that live in your house to join you for the classes. Please ensure that anyone new fills out the health questionnaire and sends it to me. Any Children under 18 may train with your permission and remain your responsibility. Please do not share the Zoom links with anyone.

For every class you will need a mat and some water.

You will not need trainers for Mat Pilates and you can decide if you’d like to barefoot train or wear trainers for Piloxing and HIIT Pilates.  In addition, you can use weighted gloves for Piloxing (you can purchase these from me) and you can add hand weights, Pilates rings, balls and blocks to support/enhance your workout. As always, feel free to ask any questions either in the fb group or to me directly. 

Your device tends to have a better view in landscape and I will get you to move it depending on if we are standing or doing floor work.  Ideally, for floor work I would love a side profile but only as space allows. If you find the sound on your device is not loud enough then maybe try connecting/bluetoothing to a speaker.  Lastly, if possible, could you position yourself with the light/windows/glass doors etc in front of you (behind the camera) so I can see you clearly.  I will reiterate that not much space and equipment is necessary but these tips will definitely help to make the most out of the classes.
