Cinnamon Porridge
- 3 tbsps porridge oats
- 50ml water
- 2 tbsps live naturel yoghurt
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- Combine the oats and water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for one minute, until oats are soft.
- Let the mixture stand off heat for another minute before serving.
- Top with yoghurt, sunflower seeds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
