Sweet Green Smoothie
Serves 1
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 handful kale, stalks removed
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 small banana (or use half)
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. runny honey
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk or pure coconut water – not soya)
Place all ingredients in to a blender and blitz until smooth.
