Superfood Smoothie

Serves 1

  • Big handful of frozen berries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 large tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. mixed seeds
  • ½ banana
  • 250ml of either water, coconut water or almond milk

Place all ingredients in to a blender, blitz & enjoy!
