Green Lemonade Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 250ml water
  • 1 big handful kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1/2 romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 apple, cored
  • 1 banana
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • handful of ice

Place all ingredients in to a blender and blitz until smooth.
