I excitedly invited you to the Vitality Rooms Experience, where we can work on our well-being together!  I have so many requests to bring us together for an in-person retreat and quite rightly, it is the best way! So, here it is, AND it is not just for Vitality Rooms Ladies; it is open to everyone!!

I know you have the best intentions of looking after yourself (often only when everyone else is cared for!) but get caught up in groundhog day.  This day is your chance to really set aside some time for you because deep down, you know you are worth it, AND if you don’t think you are worthy of this special day, THEN YOU REALLY NEED TO COME!!!

We will take you through the most beautiful programme designed to nurture and fill your body, mind and spirit with joy and love - That’s what it’s all about, after all!


On the day


This beautiful form of movement will connect you to your body, mind and breath whilst toning your body and strengthening your core. You will get all these benefits with Piloxing and HIIT Pilates, too - the funky music and high energy just adds to the vibe!


This utterly mind-blowing experience aids physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  It aims to induce non-ordinary states of consciousness, promoting self-exploration and stress reduction.


This peaceful yet powerful practice evokes a sense of inner tranquillity and connectedness, thus providing respite from the mind chatter and feeling that things are coming at you from every direction.
