The Lobby
Hello Hello and a huge welcome to Vitality Rooms! Where all of your fitness and well-being needs are met under one roof! An ever-growing resource to help you construct a strong foundation using fitness and wellness, for you to build the life of your dreams upon.
My vision for you is to use Vitality Rooms classes and tools to create great habits that help you easily prioritise your fitness and overall well being.
Go take a look around each room, use what resonates with you and slowly start to incorporate these classes and resources into your daily routine.
We will have themed months, challenges and accountability mostly run from the Vitality Rooms Private Facebook Group which you can join here!
If you don’t have FB, I really encourage you to set up a profile just for this group. This is where your community is <3 It is also a place to ask questions of me and your fellow roomies!
Remember: we are approaching your fitness and wellbeing holistically and individually. It is not about just hammering the fitness suite or being laser-focused on your intake. It’s about finding the right tools and balance that works for you, your lifestyle and your goals. YES! It’s all about YOU and that is how it should be!
Latest additions:
This 26-minute bite-sized weights session focuses on lunges, chest, rows and biceps.
This bite-sized 23-minute Mat Pilates session focuses on the core “middle section” of the Pilates repertoire — where the real magic happens.
This 53-minute stretchy Mat Pilates session has a slower, more relaxed feel — perfect for when your body needs a little extra care and your mind needs space to switch off.
Protein is one of the most important — and most overlooked — foundations of health in midlife.
Daily Vitality Checklist
Every week, either on a Sunday or a day of your choosing, plan your promises to your BODY and MIND.
When you have done each planned activity, tick it off.
If you didn’t manage to do it, make a note of why and reschedule it.
It is not about working out or meditating for hours. It is about consistency and keeping healthy promises to yourself.
The MIND activities are only suggestions;Â you can write your own frequently used ones here if you wish.
Aim for as many BODY ticks a day, including (ideally) 20mins movement.
Aim for one MIND tick per day.
This is not a tool to put pressure on yourself or beat yourself up over. It is to help you pre-plan your well-being before anything else and encourage you to try different things to see what fits and when. It will clarify where change is needed and allow you to celebrate what works!Â
This would work well alongside the food planner.
Keep us updated on your progress in The Lounge. You can even take a picture and share your weekly plan for accountability. Â
The Fitness Suite
