Beginners Weights with Mark

Here is the culmination of 8 weeks of hard work.  You have the complete warm-up and all the exercises.

Ensure that the weights are challenging enough to manage only 8 reps (with a very ugly grimace for the last 2!).

Do these exercises 3 times round.  You could choose to do the whole programme 3x per week or split it up into a few exercises more regularly throughout the week.
