Mat Pilates and Meditation

The first half of the Pilates repertoire.

There are 34 exercises in Joseph Pilates original repertoire.  In this 50 minute class you will cover the first 19 of them.

It is a flowing, challenging workout.  There are still plenty of modifications to make this class doable for all.

The Meditation at the end will have you concentrating on counting your breath.  It was so relaxing that I almost drifted off!
