Cinnamon Porridge

  • 3 tbsps porridge oats
  • 50ml water
  • 2 tbsps live naturel yoghurt
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  1. Combine the oats and water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for one minute, until oats are soft.
  2. Let the mixture stand off heat for another minute before serving.
  3. Top with yoghurt, sunflower seeds and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
