Clean & Green Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 1 handful, chopped kale or spinach
  • ½ celery stick, chopped
  • ¼ cucumber, chopped
  • 1 apple, cored & chopped
  • ¼ pineapple, chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1cm ginger
  • 1tbsp mixed seeds
  • 250ml of either water, coconut water or almond milk

Place all ingredients in to a blender, blitz & enjoy!
