Green Lemonade Smoothie
Serves 1
- 250ml water
- 1 big handful kale leaves, stems removed
- 1/2 romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1/2 apple, cored
- 1 banana
- juice of 1 lemon
- handful of ice
Place all ingredients in to a blender and blitz until smooth.
