Grilled Halloumi & Stir-Fried Vegetables
Serves 2
For the stir-fry:
- 300g raw vegetables per person, cut into bite-size pieces
- or 1 packet ready-prepared vegetables
Stir-fry the vegetables in a wok over a high heat with a little water or lemon juice until al dente.
To make the halloumi: Once the stir-fry is ready, grill the slices of halloumi until golden.
