Pear, Peach & Almond Porridge
Serves 2
- 80g oats
- 600ml milk or water
- 2 chopped pears
- 2 chopped peaches
- 1 handful almonds
- Mix oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl – top with the chopped pear, peach and sprinkle almonds on top.
