Pear, Peach & Almond Porridge

Serves 2

  • 80g oats
  • 600ml milk or water
  • 2 chopped pears
  • 2 chopped peaches
  • 1 handful almonds
  1. Mix oats with the milk or water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl – top with the chopped pear, peach and sprinkle almonds on top.
