Super Porridge

Serves 1

  • 50g Oats
  • 200ml Milk (NOT dairy, use any plant-based milk)
  • Handful Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Flaked almonds/pumpkin seeds to serve
  1. In a saucepan add oats and milk plus blueberries, flaxseed and cinnamon.
  2. Heat on a low/medium heat and stir continuously until oats are cooked (about 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in the honey and top with a sprinkle of flaked almonds & seeds to serve.
