Super Porridge
Serves 1
- 50g Oats
- 200ml Milk (NOT dairy, use any plant-based milk)
- Handful Blueberries
- 1 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Flaked almonds/pumpkin seeds to serve
- In a saucepan add oats and milk plus blueberries, flaxseed and cinnamon.
- Heat on a low/medium heat and stir continuously until oats are cooked (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in the honey and top with a sprinkle of flaked almonds & seeds to serve.
