Superfood Smoothie
Serves 1
- Big handful of frozen berries
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 large tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tbsp. mixed seeds
- ½ banana
- 250ml of either water, coconut water or almond milk
Place all ingredients in to a blender, blitz & enjoy!
