Sweet Green Smoothie

Serves 1

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 handful kale, stalks removed
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1 small banana (or use half)
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. runny honey
  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk or pure coconut water – not soya)

Place all ingredients in to a blender and blitz until smooth.
