This is a 37 minute cardio-tastic HIIT Pilates workout.

Mat Pilates

The exercise that most of my classes are based on. Derived from the original exercises that Joseph Pilates taught, these moves are designed to strengthen your core, create lean strong muscles, assist with flexibility and posture and really help you focus on your own body.

HIIT Pilates

Using the core strengthening, muscle building and posture correcting brilliance of Pilates exercises, combined with the cardiovascular exercise strategy of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class involves short blasts of intense exercise interspersed with intervals of lighter recovery periods.

Piloxing

With the combination of stand up Pilates and Boxing to pumping tunes – there is no other workout like it!  Designed by women for women to leave you fully worked out, fit and empowered!

Stretches

These stretch videos can be used on their own, if you find you are suffering in a particular area of the body or done after a workout. Take the time to really relax into these stretches, breathe and feel the benefit.

Pregnancy Pilates

This programme was written specifically with pregnancy in mind (that's not to say that if you are not pregnant you can't do it!)

HIIT 10 Pilates

Using the core strengthening, muscle building and posture correcting brilliance of Pilates exercises, combined with the cardiovascular exercise strategy of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), this class involves short blasts of intense exercise interspersed with intervals of lighter recovery periods.

HIIT Pilates 10 is 10 x 10min HIIT Pilates videos. You can use it as a 10-day challenge (or an everyday challenge!) to really give your fitness a jump start. You could also put 2 or 3 (or 4!) 10min videos together for a longer workout or use them for when you only have time for a short workout but want to make it really count!
